For millions, actually a few billion, today is a special day:  Easter Sunday.   BUT, even if you are not Christian, how can the concept apply to all of us?

We need to RISE to greater health and happiness, above the societal norms that are creating a culture of convenience, complacency, consumption, complaining, and chaos.  None of us are the perfect version we are capable of being.  We are all a work in progress.  What are you called to do, to change in your life, that by doing so would elevate the lives of so many including yourself?  Deep down, we all can get that nagging feeling that if we just did ______________, we could RISE above the negative thoughts, words, and actions.

Now is a great time to ascend to greater heights: physically, emotionally, socially, financially, or spiritually.  It’s the beginning of the 2nd quarter of 2018:  a great time to begin My Journey to Living WELL Aware by assessing, planning, and monitoring your wellness progress. What gets monitored gets managed.
