I hope that this book inspires people to be their own best healthcare provider by “living Well aware.” The book shares Dr. Sulak’s list of essential elements for changing the course of her own health and well being. I was privileged to read the book before it was published and my comments are included as the Forward in the book. I cannot express in only a few words the difference that her passion for wellness has made in my life. My physical and emotional health have benefited from focusing on key elements in my own life. I am developing a new life style based on information that is shared in the book and presented in such a format that it is easily read and understood. Dr. Sulak’s passion shines through every page. My future well being will be dramatically improved because of the inspiration and information derived from reading this book.
